Ansari Kids Camp11th-12th July 2008
 The Organisers have a go.
IDCA decided to have a camp at the center for children in the first week of the childrens holidays right before the commencement of Term 3. We had 14 children camping at the centre and had the enjoyement of watching Islamic cartoons and participating in different types of games. The next day they spent the day playing with the other kids in sporting activities such as soccer, football, a tug of war competition and running races.
The Children has alot of fun and can't wait for the next one.
IDCA Trivia Nights16th February 2008 and 7th March 2008
 Women's Trivia Night The IDCA Trivia night was a success with 40 girls attending and 30 men attending each of the nights. The IDCA Trivia consisted of Trivia questions on topics such as general questions, fiqh, aqeedah, and seerah. Some activities which the teams participated in was a cake making competition for the girls and the guys had a physical challenge competition which included arm wrestling, guess what it is? And charades.
Everyone has alot of fun and can't wait for the next one.
IDCA Eid Festival 200728th October 2007 The Twister
The IDCA Eid Festival had commenced in the Year 2003 and has ever since been running annually providing families with an opportunity to celebrate Eid in an Islamic environment. The IDCA Eid Festival is known for its various rides which all the family can enjoy. One of the main attractions is the Camel Rides which provides the children with an experience which is rare and memorable. In 2007 we had approximately 6000 people attending from all parts of Sydney.

IDCA Ramadan Iftar 8th October 2007

IDCA decided to have an Iftar during the Month of Ramadan at the Centre for the Islamic community.
There was approx 40 people including Women who were present on that day.
IDCA Family Bowling Night31st August, 2007.
 Fun night for all the family.
On the 31st of August 2007, IDCA organised a Ten Pin Bowling Night at the Chester Hill Tenpin Bowling Centre for the family with approx 110 people attending this event. We had people from all parts Sydney competing against one another to see who could hit the most pins down. The Brothers from IDCA would like to thank everyone who attended this night and inshallah there will be more to come in the following years.
